Our environmental testing services recreate demanding environments such as high humidity, temperature extremes, and fluctuating pressure to evaluate overall product performance. We conduct advanced vibration testing to confirm mechanical durability during transportation, deployment, and daily use. Our shock testing programs, including Naval shock, assess survivability against sudden impacts, explosive forces, and drop scenarios. Through thermal shock testing, we expose components to rapid temperature changes to determine structural and functional resilience. We also perform vacuum and altitude testing, replicating the low-pressure conditions of aerospace and high-altitude settings.

EMI and EMC Testing for Advanced Product Compliance 

At ESL Labs, we offer cutting-edge EMI and EMC testing services designed to meet the most rigorous industry and regulatory standards. Our facility features a state-of-the-art Frankonia semi-anechoic EMI chamber, enabling us to test for conducted and radiated emissions or susceptibility, pre-compliance, and full MIL-STD-461G compliance. With a 9.68 m x 6.53 m x 6.00 m chamber, 2m diameter turntable, and a 2000 kg load capacity, we can test a wide range of product sizes and system types, from surface ships and submarines to airborne and space systems. Our EMI/EMC team provides expert support in EMI design, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and system-level E3 assessments. This capability allows us to serve industries including defence, aerospace, marine, and commercial electronics, helping clients bring resilient, compliant, and interference-free technologies to market.
